Some suggestions on where you can go to enjoy the creeks.

Willow Lake

Click on the map below for details and directions to local creek destinations.

Willow Lake
Now owned by the City of Prescott, Willow Lake is an ideal place to go bird-watching, paddle a canoe or kayak, or just sit in the rocks of the Granite Dells and enjoy the sun and water. Eagles, cormorants, pelicans, ducks and many other birds are beginning to make this a yearly stop since the lake is now staying full all year.

Directions
Currently, the access to Willow Lake is somewhat limited. To get there, you can go to Willow Creek and Heritage Parks on Willow Creek Road (between Willow Lake Rd. and Pioneer Parkway). From the parking lot, you can head around the right side of the baseball field where you will find trail access.
