Aspen Conference Room

In cooperation with Suzanna McDougal, Prescott Creeks provides this schedule for the Aspen Conference Room on this web page.

The rental rates for The Aspen Conference Room begin at $15/hr with alternate rates at the manager's discretion ($12/hr. for nonprofits and $11/hr. for all day rentals). All bookings help to support the conservation and environmental groups renting offices in The Grove.

New Applicants

Established Users

If you have not previously rented with The Grove, please download the Rental Application and Terms forms, complete and submit them by email to or by snail mail to:

Allow two (2) weeks for processing.

Established users shall request additional dates by email to: TheGrove. Requests will not be considered without all of the following information:

1. Event title & name of the sponsoring organization or person.
2. Date(s) & Time (beginning and ending time) of event requested.
3. Short event description, organizer name, email and contact phone number.

— Established users shall allow two (2) weeks for the processing of all requests. —
